About us

Cariad Gifts is a family owned and operated company that is based in the picturesque market town of Abergavenny.

Established in 1979 as "The Welsh Craft Shop", the old store overlooking Caerphilly Castle in Wales changed ownership in 2006 and evolved to become Cariad Gifts as is known today. This also included changes to our physical store which was once a news agent, but is now a souvenir shop that stocks Welsh and personalised gifts.

The store was relocated to the scenic market town of Abergavenny in 2012, which is run by a small team who are big on service. From here we receive orders physically, over the phone and through our websites with customer satisfaction as our highest priority.
